- Substances hazardous to health such toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
- Liquids of any kind (contained or not).
- Cans, drums or other container of any kind unless emptied, crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid.
- Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind.
- Any material not listed above, however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste, asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washers, dryers, etc.
- Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, or concrete. Please let us know and we can help you dispose of such heavy items in a more efficient manner.
- Prohibited items will be documented and customer will be charged $75 per item, if liquid paint or other chemicals are placed in the dumpster customer will be charged $150 per hour (1 hour minimum) for cleanup and removal. Along with charges the prohibited items will be returned to the customer when possible.
How full is full in a dumpster?
All refuse shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the dumpster. Rear gate/doors must be able to close without excessive force. Overfilled or unprepared containers will be brought into compliance at the Customer’s expense.
What happens if an unknown person places items in the dumpster you rented?
Unfortunately, while the dumpster is at a customer site, you are responsible for items placed into it while it’s in your possession.
Will the dumpster cause damage?
We make every effort to minimize any damage caused during the delivery or pick up of our dumpsters. Our dumpsters are heavy and get heavier once you load them. We try to place them on parking areas, trying to avoid placing them on grass areas when possible. We suggest that if you (the customer) are worried about damage you (the customer) can provide a piece of plywood or 2x lumber to place the dumpster on. Redhead Services and its associates are not responsible for any damages caused by the dumpster or its placement and removal.
How do we receive your payments?
We send you a preliminary invoice that has an electronic version of our agreement for you to sign electronically. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to pay via credit card. We require a credit card on file and payment before the dumpster is placed at your location. If you have more weight than the included 2000# any overages will be placed against the credit card on file. We do not retain any of your card information, your information is managed by our credit card processor Stripe. We include the Stripe processing fee in your invoicing. The Stripe help center is here if you have questions or concerns.
